The source code of the CAPD::DynSys library is distributed under GNU GPL license and hosted as a public github.com/CAPDgroup/CAPD repository.

Download source code of the library

The most recent developed master branch can be cloned from the repository

git clone https://github.com/CAPDGroup/CAPD

and then chekced for any updates by

git pull origin master

The latest stable relase can be downloaded from

github.com/CAPDGroup/CAPD/releases

Download and unpack one of the archives and follow the instructions from Compilation CAPD::DynSys of the library. We recommend to build CAPD outside the source directory.

Singularity image with CAPD installed

Singularity is a virtualization software based on containers. Follow Quick Start for install and basic use instructions.

Project capd-singularity-img contains scripts that create Singularity image with CAPD library installed in /usr/local directory. The image is available through oficial Singularity library or can be created locally from scripts.

You can simply run CAPD singularity image by invoking

singularity shell library://capdnet/capd/capd
